Foreign Property Exit Ltd provides consultancy and coordination services to UK and EU citizens who own land in Florida, USA. Our services include:
- Land sale coordination: We assess your situation, make cash offers for Florida land, and coordinate the sale process remotely, working with our network of US buyers, attorneys, and title professionals.
- Title and probate resolution: We coordinate with US legal professionals to resolve title issues, probate matters, and FIRPTA compliance on your behalf.
- Surplus funds recovery: Where your Florida land has been sold at a tax deed auction and surplus funds are held by the county, we identify and pursue recovery of those funds on your behalf under Florida Statute §197.582.
We are a UK-based consultancy and are not a US law firm. We do not provide legal advice. All legal work in the United States is carried out by licensed US attorneys and professionals engaged as part of your case.
3. No upfront fees
For land sale coordination and surplus funds recovery, we operate on a no upfront fee basis. Our fee is taken only upon successful completion — either when a sale completes or when surplus funds are recovered. The specific fee arrangement will be confirmed in writing before any work begins.
For title and probate resolution services, fees may apply depending on the complexity of your case. These will be agreed in advance and confirmed in writing.
4. Enquiries and consultations
Submitting an enquiry through our website or contacting us for a free consultation does not create a binding contract between us. No service agreement exists until both parties have agreed the terms of engagement in writing.
5. Your responsibilities
By engaging our services, you confirm that:
- You are the legal owner of the land in question, or are acting as an authorised representative of the owner or estate
- The information you provide to us is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
- You will cooperate with reasonable requests for documentation and information required to progress your case
- You will not engage other parties to provide the same services in relation to the same land while we are actively working on your case, unless agreed otherwise in writing
6. Limitation of liability
While we work diligently on every case, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Results depend on factors outside our control, including US county processes, legal proceedings, and market conditions.
To the extent permitted by law, Foreign Property Exit Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of our services or our website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid to us in connection with the matter giving rise to the claim.
